Cleaning a yellowed hoth playset.

I am sure this has been asked before, so apologies, but I just got a loose Rebel Command Centre playset and the white base has gone yellow on one end, probably due to sunlight exposure. It isn't that bad but I was wondering if anyone knows a way of restoring the whiteness.

Is it even possible?
